Duane and Debra Van Leeuwen

	Duane and Debra have over 30 years combined Real Estate and Mortgage Banking experience. Duane was born and raised in the Lakewood area and graduated from Mayfair High School in 1966. After graduating high school he served in Vietnam and worked at Douglas Aircraft before coming into Real Estate. Debra was born and raised in the Midwest and moved to Southern California in 1979. Debra enjoyed eight years in the mortgage banking industry before joining Duane in selling Real Estate.
Duane and Debra strive to deliver a high standard of service and "do unto others as we would have done to us". Kelly Hauxhurst-Bradshaw

Kelly was born and raised in Southern California and is currently a Lakewood resident. No stranger to the business, Kelly's grandmother was a real estate agent and still maintains an active license, and her dad is in the mortgage industry. Kelly has strong family values, and is engaged to be married in the spring of 2006.

Kelly's competitive nature found her playing sports at an early age and earned her a full athletic scholarship to play softball at the University of Washington. Kelly's determination, commitment, focus and integrity are displayed in the way she conducts her business. Kelly's consistent priority is to put her clients' needs first and is committed to offering professional, personalized service.
